Handmade clown nose with 41 cone studs covered in deep red glitter protected with satin varnish. Attached to handcut ties made from genuine scrap leater; the nose inetrior is also line with leather. Each strap holds lengths of silver chain with safety pin charms. Tie and double knot to adjust fit.
